Simón Bolívar lived in his Quinta about 423 days; it was the most extended stay in that place El Libertador ever had in his adult age, although they were not continued. This is why this edification has a historic value that any other of his kind.

Otherwise, La Quinta de Bolívar, has an exceptional architectonic value being the last country house of the others that encircle the colonial city of Santafé that is still up since before the independence.
